Interesting concept, but I'm not going to download an .apk file directly from a website that's so unprofessional (and I'd think twice even if it wasn't just a poorly modified web hosting template).

Agreed. I got spooked out when I saw that instead of using a Sign In With Your Google ID, they actually ask you to input your Google login credentials in their page

Thanks. There was something fishy with the sign in page for sure.
However, does anyone of you have any info on some good exchange review community?
Maybe Andromo itself can have an additional page where we can exchange reviews and rate our apps?

Go to Facebook, there are many communities there, but keep the review exchanges on a normal level. The worst thing that can happen is app suspension or the app gets flagged (you'll never know if it happens) and it drifts into abyss. Google knows everything, never forget that.

Yup, I know. Need some balance between downloads and reviews and sometimes it is easy to get carried away with repetitive exchanges.

There was a legitimate app for review exchanges on Google Play some time ago. You had to download and keep an app for 3 days and then write a  review in exchange for someone doing the same with yours. But it was a lot of effort for little pay off, and Google Play also decided they didn't like it.

Yeah, it says in GP's policies that we're not allowed to affect ratings in any way.
