Ringtones not working coming from Andromo Apps
The users of andromo apps that have ringtones can not set the ringtone. After setting the ringtone on the phone it does not play. The same ringtone will play if its downloaded to the phone outside of andromo apps. This a major issue. I have submitted a ticket to support with the package names. I haven't heard back. The users are complaining and users are leaving the apps.
