Does it reflect on the phone?

I have just made the changes ans uploaded new version of apk file at google play store. When will it reflect on the phones? Do I have to reinstall the app every time I make changes?

    You need to reinstall the app. All changes need an app update at devices and at the market. There is no "cloud content"

    You mean every time I update my apk everyone who has installed my app MUST reinstall the app on their phones?

    I was under impression it will at least send update to the user automatically the way other apps do.

    Andromo works the way all real Android apps work. When a new version is added to Google Play, all users are notified through the standard Google Play mechanism that there is a new version available and they should update.
